I love design.

Paul Rand once said, “Typography is an art. Good typography is Art.” Someone who is good at controlling the form and function of type is a talented typographer, but a good designer can allow the type to become the art itself, not just a piece of the art. Type is important, and that’s why I love it so much.

And yet there is still so much more to design than simply graphics and type. Design can be used for good, for a much greater purpose, and that's why I am so passionate about it. I want to be a designer that pushes the standard and creates work that actually means something.
